November tut...



Supplies used:
November portion of the Gothic Bundle from HERE. (I suggest getting the bundle but you can buy it individual)
November tube by Screaming Demons. Get it at SATC
Font Sanctuary
Filter (Font only) Eyecandy 4000 Glass and Gradient glow

Open a new image size 500 by 500.
C/P Lace 2. Resize by 50%. Position to one side of your canvas. Duplicate and mirror.
Duplicate. Rotate 90 degrees right. Line up with the top of the 2 vertical ribbons. (If it overlaps use deform or just erase the bit that hangs over)
Duplicate and flip. Line up with the bottom of the vertical ribbons to make a frame.
Layers, Merge visible.
Adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correction. Your source should be the lace, target set to a dark red.
C/P Button 01. Resize by 30%. Adjust hue/Saturation both to 0. Position in one of the corners. Duplicate and change layer property to multiply. Merge down. Duplicate and position 1 in each corner.
Use your selection tool too select all the way around your frame. (I did mine to the very edges but you could always use the magic wand and select only the inside of the frame)
Add a new raster layer. C/P Paper 1 into selection. move under your frame layer.
Dropshadow frame layer.
C/P Print 2. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position over the left side of the background. Duplicate and mirror.
C/P Spiderweb. Resize by 50%. Position so it fits in the corner of the frame. Change the opacity to 60%.
Select your bottom layer. C/P moon. Duplicate and change layer property to screen.
C/P Bats. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow and position over moon. Duplicate and mirror. reposition over moon.
C/P Tulle 02. . Position under the frame so it is just peeking out. Duplicate and flip. Duplicate and rotate 90 degrees right. Position along the side of the frame. Duplicate and mirror. Now go back in with your eraser tool and remove anything that overlaps or you just don't like.
C/P Chandelier. Resize by 50%. Position UNDER just one of your top corner buttons so it looks like it is hanging. Dropshadow.
Open Flower 1. Adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correction. Source set to the tan color in your flower. Target to a dark red. C/P onto your tag. Resize by 20%. Duplicate and position slightly up and to the right of the original.
C/P Flower 03. Resize by 10%. Duplicate a few times (I used a total of 4) and position under the red roses.
C/P Leaf. Resize by 10%. Duplicate and change layer property to multiply. Merge down. Duplicate a few time and position under the roses.
C/P Key. Resize by 20%. Position under the red roses.
C/P spider. Resize by 30%. use your deform tool to position over the roses.. Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen more.
Add your copyright and watermark.
Add your font. I added Glass and a Gradient glow of 3 the same color as my moon.
