Jingle Bell Rock Blog Train Freebie by Courtney's Digiscappin.

Font Used:
Igloo Laser (My Fav Winter font :)

Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow (Font Only)

Ok this is simple so let's get Started:

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Frame E4. Adjust hue/Saturation to a lighter blue color (I did this so everything matched the tube. The tag will look just as cute with the original colors)

Click the inside of the frame with your magic wand. Selections, Modify, Expand by 3. Add a new raster layer. Floodfill with white. KEEP SELECTED.

Add another new raster layer. C/P Paper 6 INTO selection. Adjust hue/saturation to blue. I changed the opacity on mine to 24. Select none.

Move your frame layer ABOVE your fill and paper layer.

Open element 7. Adjust hue/saturation to blue. Using your magic wand tool select only around the "bauble" portion of the element.

Add a new raster layer and move UNDER the element.

Floodfill new layer white.

Click on the element 7 layer. Add dropshadow of choice. This just adds some dimension. Merge visible.

C/P element 7 onto your tag. Resize by 10%. Duplicate 2 time for a total of 3 and position. Use your eraser tool to remove any excess string.

C/P Element 10. Adjust Hue/Saturation to blue. Resize by 10%. Position in upper right hand corner of frame. Duplicate and flip.

C/P Element 11. Resize by 10%. Position so it just overlaps the first snowflake. Duplicate and flip.

C/P Element 12. Adjust hue/saturation to blue. Resize by 10%. Position in the center of your snowflakes.

Dropshadow all the snowflake layers.

C/P your tube and position just over the bottom of the frame. Use the eraser tool to remove any bits that overlap.

Dropshadow tube.

Add your font. I had my background set to white and my foreground to #48ccd7.

Inner Bevel 2x with the following settings...

Gradient glow with these settings...

Don't forget to add your copyright and watermark ;)
